Every year, Thrill The World hosts a global event, inviting the world to dance to “Thriller” at the same time.

In 2010, 30 countries registered: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, England, Finland, France, French Guyana, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Romania, Russia, Scotland, Serbia, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United States of America, in 6 out of 7 continents! Anyone wanna dance in Antarctica?

To JOIN AN EVENT please visit www.thrilltheworldoakland.com and visit the Event Managers page.  There you will see a link to a List of Events.  Search the spreadsheet where events are listed alphabetically. Find an event near you and then visit the event web page or email them to find out more information about where the event is, when and where dance classes might be and other news about that specific local event.

Public Event = open to the public, anyone is welcome to participate and/or be a spectator.
Private Event = the participants are people invited or included by the Event Manager, such as a workplace or school, meaning you cannot join these events.

EVENT MANAGERS:
Find your event and write down your EVENT ID. This is your proof that you are an officially registered event and recognized by TTW. Your Event ID must be on all print and online materials related to your event. On Thrill Day there will be forms online where you will submit your event info and you will NEED this EVENT ID plus your gmail password to verify your event, so don’t give out your gmail password.
