Thrill Times
Two Thrill Times This year there will be two (2) Thrill Times with a 12 hour difference in between. Sat. Oct. 29, 2011 at 2 pm & October 30 at 2 am GMT/UTC. So half of the world would dance first, the “eastern” world, and then the “western” world would dance 12 hours later. The point: No part of the world gets stuck with dancing at 2am or 6am.
This also means: i) Events could participate at EITHER of the two times indicated for their region ii) Events could participate at BOTH of the two times indicated for their region iii) One world record will be granted to the ‘half’ of the world that has the most participants, provided that ‘half’ of the world has more than 22,596 people. If you danced at both times you’d for sure be part of the record, but if the record didn’t matter, then just dance at which ever of the two times is most convenient. You’ll still be counted as a TTW participant and receive a Certificate of Participation. |
